A MEMBERS CLUB AIMING TO SOLVE THE SOCIAL ISOLATION PROBLEM IN THE US

Groundfloor isn't the typical members club that The Stanza has discussed before, in the sense that it doesn't rely on aspirational exclusivity, which is notoriously difficult to scale. We've also discussed the powerful consumer psychology behind members clubs and how it's essentially driven by the human need for community. Groundfloor is therefore building a solution in the white space outside of exclusive social clubs for those looking for connection.

Groundfloor currently has 3 locations in the Bay Area, and is opening in LA next month. They've raised $3M to-date, have 15,000 people on their waitlist and are launching an equity crowdfunding campaign next week to further fuel expansion.
